Metropolis 04:07
All my life, I knew inside, my one true love is the city. I stay so long, that my roots had grown, into the cracks of the concrete. I used to stay up all night, worshipping the skyline, making love to strangers to pass the time, feeling that the best, the best was yet to come, mistakes were always made, but here they didn’t count. [METROPOLIS] the only home, [METROPOLIS] that I wanted to know. [METROPOLIS] all lonely hearts belong, [METROPOLIS] we’ll come together. For every hour, of everyday, it lets me feel something. Crowded with life, it keeps me alive, it’s how loneliness understands me. Oh I learned happiness here, and how to be alone, and how to take it in before the moment goes. Written in space, written in the lines, the lines on my face and story of my life. I wanted answers to know if its worth the fight, I wanted permanence, but nothing is in this life, and all my courage couldn’t make all seem clear... If dreams are strangers, maybe I’ll find one here. City lights...keeps me alive.
2.
Something’s happening here, our hearts have changed, we saw ourselves in stranger’s eyes and we’ll never be the same. Our voices like a storm, message is like thunder, people helpin’ people, go and tell the world... go tell the world, tell the world. They called us naive, with eyes full of moons, but we’ll do everything they said was impossible to do. Take off all our armour, place your sword and shield, for every beating heart, go and tell the world... go tell the world, tell the world. I knew a man who fought war, I saw him weep. It’s funny, we forget how history repeats. The stories that we’re told aren’t easy to believe, maybe we’ll see the world, living life in peace. All your friends, all your lovers, [go tell the world] we all need to come together. All your sisters, and your brothers, [go tell the world] we all need to come together.

Civilization 03:59
Still, time stood for me, to show we needed sympathy. I understand better from a distance, we were only lost. We were blue like the veins, running rivers down your face. We’ll carry on in civilization - the skyline in the night had never looked so real. Strangers in a city dead for dreamers. Idling satellites, looking in. Where do we belong, without a place in civilization? Where do we belong, without a place in civilization? Midnight wrapped around me, I felt the coldest touch of absence fall upon these streets. In shadows lie, we turn to face reflections to feel not so alone. We never choose these battles, in isolation they’re never won.

I.R.L 03:44
Powerlines all running wild through me, in the light of a digital dream, couldn’t help how I felt so alone, ‘till I found your face on my phone. It was midnight, my time, we were wasted and online, it’s how we play modern love, it makes it hard to fuck it up. If you, got close to me, closer than through this screen, standing eye to eye, would it be true in real life? Fell asleep in the light of our blue dream, felt nice to hear you breathe, in the end we press ESC, but I wanted to stay. It could mean so much, cause nothing compares to the weight of blood, the weight of your human touch. Maybe I’m wrong to believe... but, I see myself surrounded by your things. [In real life ] Would it be true? I could feel your touch, I could feel... Would it be true? I could feel your heart... In real life...I could feel...heart...

A maiden so fair, a distant voice, woke me from sleep - I had no choice. I follow divination, guided by a hand of love. I’m ocean, I’m moon, I am tide, and we move as one. Down to the water, to the water, the light hits the sea, all the piece of my life come together, come together, make sense of me. I go down to the water, to the water, to know that it’s true, to know that when nothing’s going right, I can fill my heart with ocean, moon + tide. A dream coloured blue, I decided to stray, I let go of the anchors so I could sail away. My magic only fades when fear takes control, so easy to hold onto, so hard to let it go. Back to your heart, your heart - when you’re down, believe in you. Get back to your heart.

Catch 03:56
Lovin’ isn’t easy now, If you like to play with fire. So if you’ve been holding out, I could bring you your salvation. Every shadow needs a light, for existence... In the church of modern love, we don’t practice what feels wrong. every angel follows heart, I’ll catch you when you fall - Catch, Catch, ‘cause the original sin‘s already been done, whats the catch? It feels like heaven, darlin’ whats the catch? Now that nothing‘s built to last, impulse is the new religion, need it now and need it fast, givin’ into our temptations. Look at your eyes, they‘re black as night, like bella donna. Stare into mine, some may call it idol worship. If it’s only for tonight, does it matter? In the church of modern love, we don’t practice what feels wrong, every angel follows heart, I’ll catch you when you fall - Catch, Catch, ‘cause the original sin‘s already been done, whats the catch? It feels like heaven, darlin’ whats the catch?

Feet like my father's old leather-soled shoes, I have run from the city to the desert - to rescue what is mine. With only a prayer and a hunter's eye, blood on the moon, oh like a wolf, I felt alive...felt alive. All I wanted, all I need is to run. With every breath and every beat, I will run - to the heart of the wild. All I will learn will replace what I’ve lost, all the fear, the rejection, and the journey itself will be love. It's the only feeling impossible to lie - here in the desert only the true will survive...will survive. All I wanted, all I need is to run. With every breath and every beat I will run - to the heart of the wild.

Isadora 03:54
To be free is to be wild, how she moves like the sea is divine, don't let her be tamed moon child. She paused, the spotlight died, left the stage and drove into the night. “Farewell”...fate cried. Every night, every move we worship the stage on which she stood Every night, she is loved, we dance tonight, the show must go on... Isadora, Isadora. Pull the thread that ties ancient times through mortal souls and all our past lives - we dance to be together tonight. She appears all supernatural in silk and joins the circle- we ask why, her heart cries. Every night, every move we worship the stage on which she stood Every night, she is loved, we dance tonight, the show must go on... Isadora, Isadora.
9.
In the end could you see the forest from the trees, cashing in, for so long on our broken dreams? In the end you’ll lose control of your machine, and you’ll be one of us, and maybe then you’ll see... so come and stand beside me - change can be done do it for the world, do it for love. Stand up for ourselves - stand up, don’t be afraid, matters matter for we, the people. All that they said is wrong all of our trust, gone. Stand up, for we, the people. Do you see it makes it hard to live our lives, if money talks, it speaks of only false pride. See yourself in every other living thing, a lonely kid needs love, his mother needs peace. Come and stand beside me - change can be done. Do it for the world, do it for love. Do it for the world, the children, do it for our future lives... our brothers... do it for our mother.

Kicking us out around dawn, the cops came to say our time was up. We just wanted to keep what was left, had our hands reaching out for that one silver bullet... I love the city, the river bleeds royal blood. All around, beautiful ruins brought to dust - let the beat go on. In God we trust, so don't lose faith in us, my mama always said the kids will save Detroit. I had taken the longer way home, to hear the plaza hart's sweet sounds. It's a place I had felt I belonged, the rhythm’s soul heals a stranger’s heart. This city haunts me, the vacant lots once so strong. Call it home, feel it breathing, if you listen close, you'll hear the beat go on. In God we trust, so don't lose faith in us, my mama always said the kids will save Detroit. The city, it haunts me. Detroit city, her beat goes on and on and on...

Technicolor 04:03
When I was seventeen, faded by illusion, wide-eyed renegade. On and on and on, went our nights away from home, we colored red our true emotions, yeah. We are technicolor, grime and glamour, how we turn our heads to take a picture and be who we are. We bruised our summer skin, I show my scars to seasonal friends, saved for you and me, the cracks in the ceiling. On and on and on, every day turned into one, one photograph to stay forever young. On and on and on, yeah, until we're dead and gone, we'll be who we are. We are technicolor, grime and glamour, how we turn our heads to take a picture and be who we are. Nights are long, think of me, renegade, and how we used to be. Now, fall into your dreams...

The Last Man 04:03
Remember how it used to be, before our Mother wept, before our needs and industries took everything she had. Burn the bridges, burn the trees, ships fall lifeless on the sea, ash to ashes, smoke and dust, is there time to turn back now? If we learn from our mistakes, and learn to give and not just take, oh for he who denies it first, will get what he deserves... the last man to walk to walk the earth. Darkness fell upon his dreams, the morning held no sun, barren streets and plastic soul were all that he had won. [The legacy we left the universe?] Man-made things... [What about our beloved human race?] The chance to begin again... Void of women, void of kin, silence danced like a ghostly friend. All that's left is loneliness for the ones who couldn't care less. If we learned to change our ways, and learned to give and not just take, oh for he who denies it first - the last man to walk the earth. Oh, I believe in you and me, I believe we can be free, and walk together hand in hand, to save the last man.
